Ce este laptele UHT?
Laptele UHT este cea mai usoara forma de pastrare a laptelui pe o perioada mai lunga de timp fara a avea nevoie de spatii sau aparatura frigorifica speciala pentru pastrare.
Ambalat in ambalaje ecologice, laptele UHT este prietenul tau cel mai bun atat pentru acasa cat si pentru a fi consumat in alte locatii in care iti desfasori activitatea fiind destinat atat adultilor cat si celor mici.
Si totusi, ce are atat de special acest lapte si de ce se numeste UHT, de unde si de ce este abreviat UHT? Denumirea UHT este data de procesul la care este supus laptele. Pentru a intelege mai bine ce presupune procesul producerii laptelui UHT trebuie sa cunoastem si celelalte procese utilizate in producerea laptelui.
Cu totii am aflat de procedeul de pasteurizare al produselor, fiind definit ca procedura standard de conservare a acestora putand fi desfasurata in doua moduri: una la o temperatura joasa dar de o durata mai lunga ceea ce presupune incalzirea laptelui la o temperatura de 65 de grade Celsius timp de aproximativ 30 de secunde dupa care este supus procesului de racire instanta sau cea de-a doua modalitate si cea mai utilizata de conservare a produselor prin pasteurizarea lor la o temperatura mai inalta de 71 grade Celsius pentru aproximativ 15 secunde urmata de o racire brusca pentru a ucide microorganismele. Perioada de valabilitate a laptelui pasteurizat se incadreaza in termenul a 6 zile exceptand perioada de transport si expunere pe raft, subliniind faptul ca el trebuie pastrat la rece.
Laptele UHT in schimb este produs prin procesul de ultra high temperature sau ultra-heat treated adica o incalzire a laptelui la o valoare foarte inalta de 138 grade Celsius pentru una sau doua secunde, foarte important de stiut fiind faptul ca in timpul acestui proces sunt distruse posibilele bacterii existente in lapte cu atat mai mult cu cat acestea nu pot fi distruse in timpul procesului de pasteurizare, si tocmai datorita acestui proces laptele UHT poate fi pastrat chiar si 6 luni fara a fi depozitat in spatii frigorifice ci direct pe rafturile magazinelor sau acasa fara a ne mai face griji de o eventuala distrugere a nivelului valoric sau calitativ al acestuia.
Datorita procesului de productie care se ridica la standarde inalte de calitate, laptele UHT a devenit un standard al laptelui bucurandu-se de o distributie si un consum international fiind declarat un lapte sanatos, perfect pentru a fi savurat oriunde si oricand!
