Beneficiile laptelui UHT II
Consumand lapte veti putea aduce corpului si un aport de vitamina A cu rol in producerea pigmentilor din retina ochiului, de aceea se mai numeste si retinol avand misiunea de a asigura o vedere buna mai ales in conditii de iluminat mai slab sau difuz.
Anemia poate fi stopata tot prin consumul de lapte UHT datorita complexului de vitamine B, in special vitamina B6 si B12, mai mult ele avand un rol important in producerea celulelor rosii, ajutand organismul sa produca si sa ia energia din mancarea consumata. Vitaminele B ajuta metabolismul, mentin pielea sanatoasa, asigura un tonus muscular bun, dar si reduc riscul cancerului pancreatic atunci cand sunt consumate din alimente si nu ingerate sub forma medicamentoasa.
Vitamina C regasita in lapte are un rol esential fiind un antioxidant absolut necesar organismului, ajutandu-l la reconstructia tesuturilor si vaselor de sange.
Vitamina D se descrie a fi o vitamina gras-solubila cu ajutor in absorbtia calciului de catre organism si a fosforului in sange. Ea a mai fost numita si vitamina luminii solare deoarece se sintetizeaza de catre organism prin expunerea la soare. Carenta acestei vitamine poate duce la osteoporoza in cazul adultilor sau la rahitism in cazul copiilor.
Laptele UHT este bogat si in vitamina E cu rol de antioxidant, protejand tesuturile de radicalii liberi care pot afecta celulele, tesuturile sau chiar si organele. Vitamina E detine un rol in producerea de celule rosii si ajuta corpul in administrarea vitaminei K, contribuind la bunastarea pielii oferindu-i un aspect sanatos, elasticitate si fermitate.
Vitamina F are rolul sau bine stabilit, acela de a stimula organismul in eliminarea surplusului de colesterol, prevenind aparitia arterosclerozei. Prin consumul a unui litru de lapte UHT i se asigura organismului 40% din necesarul zilnic de vitamina F.
Bun pentru rehidratare, laptele ajuta organismul sa lupte si impotriva radicalilor liberi intarind tesuturile nervoase si musculare. Vitamina K prezenta in lapte ajuta sangele sa se coaguleze si sa grabeasca vindecarea cicatricilor. Deficientele de vitamina K sunt rare dar pot aparea in situatia in care organismul nu o poate absorbi din tractul intestinal sau dupa un lung tratament cu antibiotice.
