Familia: cel mai bun prieten al laptelui
Stiti ca plantarea nucului se face prin punerea efectiva a nucii in pamant cu coaja cu tot pentru ca aceasta sa-l ocroteasca de intemperii, tot asa si copilul nostru are nevoie de o baza care sa il ajute sa isi dezvolte si sa isi mentina o buna stare de sanatate. Fiecare parinte pentru copilul sau este asemenea cojii de nuca care il apara, il ocroteste, il creste si il educa in spiritul a ceea ce e bun!
Un copil va face ceea ce vede acasa, va face bine daca familia lui ii va da exemple pozitive sau mai putin bine daca mediul in care se dezvolta este unul negativ, tot asa va fi si in cazul consumului de lapte: o data incurajat, copilul tau va continua buna educatie a consumului de lapte.
Niciun parinte nu trebuie sa neglijeze importanta laptelui UHT deoarece el nu este doar o bautura ci este o hrana cu un complex de vitamine, minerale, grasimi si proteine ridicat ce contribuie la cresterea sanatoasa a copiilor.
Cu toate acestea Romania este codasa in ceea ce priveste consumul de lapte, ne situam sub nivelul mediu in comparatie cu celelalte tari europene, putini stiu ca exista si o zi mondiala a laptelui, cea de 5 Iunie, in care se aduce la cunostinta atat copiilor cat si parintilor importanta consumului de lapte.
In familie consumul de lapte UHT nu trebuie stimulat doar copilului ci si parintilor deoarece chiar si adultii au nevoie de vitaminele lui. Numeroase studii au fost efectuate cu privire la consumul de lapte in timpul sarcinii ajungandu-se la concluzia ca femeile insarcinate care au baut cel putin un pahar de lapte zilnic au ajutat la o crestere a greutatii fatului la nastere cu 41 grame, iar cele care au prezentat carente de calciu sau nu au consumat lapte in mod regulat sau chiar deloc au adus pe lume bebelusi cu probleme de sanatate, foarte importanta fiind in dezvoltarea fatului calciul si vitamina D care ajuta la dezvoltarea scheletului osos al copilului.
In Romania 1 din 3 femei si 1 din 5 barbati sufera de osteoporoza, iar numarul lor conform specialistilor va creste de 2-3 ori in decursul anilor urmatori, tocmai de aceea este nevoie ca fiecare parinte sa cunoasca importanta laptelui pentru copilul sau si sa il ajute in prevenirea eventualelor boli prin consumul de lapte.
Copiii pana la varsta de 2 ani trebuie sa consume doar lapte UHT integral si nu degresat ajutandu-i prin aportul de vitamina A, B, E, Calciu, grasimi, proteine si usoara asimilare la buna crestere.
Prin cumpararea de lapte UHT ii poti insufla copilului tau si responsabilitatea fata de mediul inconjurator. Pentru ca vine ambalat in cutii ecologice, este bine sa ne invatam copiii sa recicleze cutiile laptelui consumat, iar din o tona de carton reciclat vom salva de la taiere 15-20 copaci.
Asadar nu ii servesti doar lapte copilului tau ci un set sanatos de valori, invatandu-l sa aiba grija de el dar si de mediul in care traieste, valori pe care copilul de azi le va ceda adultului de maine!
