Laptele: intre leacuri babesti si adevar
Multi stiu putini cunosc ca laptele a fost unul dintre cele mai apreciate beneficii ale naturii de-a lungul timpului. Regina Cleopatra a Egiptului, supranumita si Regina Frumusetii a folosit laptele si mierea in timpul ritualului de imbaiere pentru catifelarea pielii, acidul lactic avand rol de exfoliator al pielii, de indepartare a celulelor moarte, ajutand la curatarea celor mai adanci straturi de piele, iar alaturi de miere care hidrata pielea proaspat curatata de acizii lactici, distrugea bacteriile si ciupercile si avea efect anti-inflamator, ii rasfata frumoasei regine simturile.
Laptele UHT are beneficii cosmetice pentru ochii umflati si pungile de sub ochi: puneti la frigider de preferat in cuburile destinate prepararii cuburilor de gheata lapte, iar dupa ce s-a congelat scoateti-l si aplicati-l pe pometi si in jurul ochilor. Mai mult daca aveti pleoapele umflate aplicati laptele pe acestea cu ajutorul unor discuri demachiante din bumbac.
Va puteti rasfata si mainile cu tratamente din lapte, mai ales in timpul sezonului rece sau daca pielea mainilor s-a inasprit si deshidratat prin spalarea cu lapte cald seara, inmuind astfel pielea, permitand curatarea si hidratarea in profunzime.

Daca suferiti de conjunctivita leacurile babesti spun ca este bine sa va spalati ochii cu lapte deoarece laptele contine globulina care actioneaza precum un dezinfectant, si tot pe vremea bunicilor nostri in cazul bolnavilor de tuberculoza laptele se numara printre alimentele recomandate consumului.
Pierderea memoriei sau oboseala se datoreaza tot unor carente de vitamine si minerale, raspunzatoare fiind lipsa magneziului, care da numeroase batai de cap oamenilor, dar printr-un consum zilnic de lapte UHT organismul se poate reimbogati cu vitaminele si mineralele necesare.
Atunci cand aveti pofta de dulce va puteti bucura de o cana de lapte datorita gustului placut dulceag dat de hidratii de carbon prezenti doar in lapte sau de o delicioasa cacao cu lapte UHT pentru un plus de energie.
