Beneficiile laptelui UHT I
Laptele UHT este un produs atat de complex si complet incat doar prin consumarea a 500 ml zilnic i se asigura organismului cantitatea zilnica necesara de enzime.
Acesta este doar unul dintre aspectele consumului de lapte UHT, caruia i se mai pot imputa si urmatoarele:
Gradul inalt de asimilare, ceea ce ajuta organismul in absorbtia vitaminelor si mineralelor, nefiind nevoie de un efort din partea organismului ceea ce ar presupune nevoia consumarii unei cantitati mai mari de energie pentru digestie si asimilare.
Lactoza odata descompusa in glucoza si galactoza contribuie la fiziologia creierului si a tesutului nervos, totodata ajutand si la o mai buna asimilare a fosforului, magneziului si calciului in organism prevenind rahitismul, boala care are la baza lipsa vitaminei D, piatra de temelie a mineralizarii sistemului osos.
Mai mult lactoza pe langa rolul sau important in dezvoltarea tesutului nervos contribuie si la dezvoltarea florei specifice tubului digestiv datorita absorbtiei mai lente, iar acidul lactic ca si rezultat al fermentatiei lactice nu permite evolutia microflorei de putrefactie.
Laptele UHT contine proteine care se transforma mai bine decat alte proteine in proteine musculare de aici rezultand importanta ajutorului dat prin consumul de lapte oaselor, intarindu-le, ajutand foarte mult dezvoltarea copiilor, a adolescentilor, sportivilor si nu numai.
Putini stiu ca laptele este putin dulceag datorita hidratilor de carbon, asadar nu datorita unui adaos de zaharuri, ci este un glucid natural gasibil doar in lapte cu rolul de a conditiona gustul placut al laptelui.
Calciul din lapte pe langa aportul important pe care il are este bine de stiut ca se asimileaza mai repede si mai bine decat din alte alimente, tocmai de aceea consumul de lapte UHT este recomandat tuturor indiferent de varsta.
Laptele ne este benefic deoarece prin asigurarea cantitatatii necesare de calciu se protejeaza organismul impotriva substantelor chimice periculoase, migrene, sindrom premenstrual si obezitate.
Oasele puternice sunt asigurate de un consum zilnic de lapte, calciul din bautura hranitoare le va ajuta sa creasca, sa se mentina sanatoase prevenind osteoporoza sau alte boli care pot afecta sistemul osos. Dentitia va fi mai sanatoasa, mai alba iar smaltul dintilor protejat de actiunea substantelor acide.
In timpul verilor toride si nu numai, laptele este perfect pentru rehidratare datorita continutului ridicat de molecule de apa. Pielea va fi si ea rasfatata nu degeaba Cleopatra, regina Nilului facea baie in lapte, obisnuind sa amestece laptele cu mierea pentru a avea o piele mai catifelata. De-a lungul timpului laptele a fost unul din ingredientele principale in industria cosmetica fiind apreciat pentru inalta putere de hidratare dar si pentru acidul lactic care actioneaza la indepartarea celulelor moarte, reintinerind pielea.
Deloc de neglijat este rolul diuretic si digestiv al laptelui precum si faptul ca este un aliat de nadejde in reducerea acidului gastric.
