Beneficiile laptelui UHT III
Laptele UHT este fara indoiala un prieten bun noua tuturor, demonstrata fiind importanta sa pentru intarirea oaselor, prevenirea colesterolului, a coagularii sangelui prin continutul vitaminei K dar pe langa aceste vitamine el contine si minerale esentiale organismului.
Rolul calciului este mai mult decat cunoscut, dar facand exceptie de calciu laptele mai contine si magneziu. Misiunea acestuia din urma este esentiala in contractarea si relaxarea muschilor, producerea energiei, proteinelor si enzimelor in organism.
Carenta magneziului se manifesta mai mult decat vizibil intr-o prima faza prin stari de oboseala, somnolenta, slabirea muschilor si a memoriei, iritabilitate si anorexie, putandu-se ajunge in cazul deficientelor moderate la schimbari cardiovasculare iar in situatiile deficientelor majore la delir si amorteala.
Simpla idee ca 1% din greutatea totala a unei persoane o reprezinta un mineral este greu de imaginat, dar totusi este adevarat: fosforul este mineralul care ajunge in a reprezenta 1% din greutatea corporala a unui individ, iar aportul cel mai mare il are laptele si cerealele, astfel incat un bol de cereale cu lapte UHT te va ajuta sa-ti mentii echilibrul fosforului in organism.
Importanta fosforului se regaseste in oase si dinti, jucand totodata un rol important in utilizarea carbohidratilor dar si a grasimilor precum si in sintetizarea proteinei pentru dezvoltarea, conservarea si repararea celulelor.
Prietenul cel mai bun al fosforului sunt vitaminele B, dar se impaca excelent si cu magneziul deoarece il ajuta in contractia muschilor, fiindu-le un adevarat sprijin si rinichilor, inimii reglandu-i bataile, si transmiterii impulsurilor nervoase. O veste buna in ceea ce priveste fosforul este ca deficientele de fosfor sunt foarte rare deoarece el este regasibil in diferite alimente.
Laptele contine potasiu cu rol in functiile celulare ale corpului, necesar in dezvoltarea muschilor, in cresterea normala a organismului mai ales la copii. O deficienta de potasiu este posibila mai ales in cazul folosirii diureticelor pentru tratarea bolilor vasculare. Excedentul de potasiul poate duce la o redusa activitate a rinichilor, infectii sau scaderi anormale de proteine.
