Necesarul zilnic recomandat de lapte
Cu totii ne intrebam care este necesarul zilnic de lapte, cat lapte trebuie sa bem pentru a ne asigura o buna vitaminizare a corpului.
Daca in copilarie consumam mai mult lapte si mai putina apa, odata cu dezvoltarea noastra fizica si inaintarea in varsta raportul s-a inversat, esential fiind indiferent de varsta sa nu omitem urmatoarele:
Cantitatea optima de lapte necesara unui adult este de 300 ml zilnic iar unui copil pana in 3 ani ii este recomandat sa consume intre 250-500 ml. Un singur pahar cu lapte UHT contine aproximativ 300 mg de calciu, la nastere scheletul bebelusului fiind format doar din 30 mg de calciu.
Medicii recomanda ca aportul zilnic necesar de calciu pentru un adult sa insumeze pana la 1200 mg, iar pentru copiii cu varste intre 1- 4 ani 500 mg, 4 – 8 ani 800 mg, subliniind faptul ca salata si verdeturile contin aproximativ aceeasi cantitate de calciu ca si laptele.
Mai mult cantitatea zilnica recomandata de lapte asigura 17.5% din necesarul zilnic de vitamina E in cazul femeilor si 14% din cel al barbatilor. Consumul de lapte UHT este indicat si pentru asimilarea celor 320 mg de magneziu zilnic necesar femeilor de peste 30 de ani si a celor 400-420 mg magneziu recomandate barbatilor, neuitand ca vitamina D continuta in lapte reduce riscul cancerului cu 50%.
Fiecare cutie de lapte UHT cumparata are mentionate valorile Dozei Zilnice Recomandate, fiindu-va aduse la cunostinta aportul de vitamine si minerale inglobate in lapte.
